hey guys im new here, the place looks good. I was wondering about the laws in Canada with canabis, who can grow and who cant?? Can we apply for a licence to grow? whats grandfathered in mean? THESE LP SUCK ASS!!
also what do we get as a proof that we can smoke? do wwe get a card or another pink slip?

  2. As of April 1st, you can no longer grow your own weed, you now need to buy your weed from the health Canada licensed growers. Grandfathered in would mean if you were doing something before the rule change you could be 'grandfathered' in to continue what you were doing even tho the rules changed. That does not apply to medical marijuana in Canada tho. You need to get a card/perscription from your doctor and you can only get your weed from the government, or very few dispensaries that are around now

  3. You get the right to open your wallet up to the people with a license to grow. :ey:

  4. as of 2 weeks ago there are only 13 legal producers in Canada, tweed.com being one of them........look into it, big business is whats behind your rights being violated the way they are right now.....

The legal producers are only going to be the ones with the most money....3+ Million to start.

  5.
really?? so we dont get a card to show a cop that we are  allowed to smoke??

  6. Really.  Show the cop some cash too.......don't need no stinkin' card.

  7. Nobody in Canada is able to grow legally unless you were allowed to before the April 1st change.  If you have/get a med card then you have to buy it off one of the 13 up an running producers.  They will mail the weed to your front door.

  8. If only we had decriminalized 10 years ago like it was meant to be we would have decent laws today. But the government had to whore themselves to the DEA and fail to keep their word to the people. Screw the liberal party on this one.

  9. It's Harper's PC's that are trying to take the rights of Canadians to grow their own meds not Liberals. Instead they want to force us to pay above street value for a product we don't even know if it is what we want to order. Hopefully the Supreme Court sticks to their defense of the Charter of rights as they did which allowed current license growers to continue to grow their own.

Under the corporate way (the companies) we can only choose 1 company to order from which is BS because if that  company runs out of stock consistantly (1 already is) we can't just order from another. We would need to pay our doctors to fill out forms to get to use a new company (rinse repeat).

  10. Jody Emery has announced that she will be officially joining the Liberal Party, in British Columbia.
