can this work as a growing schedule for lighting ?

    I have a 1watt led grow light from Gotham hydro and I have a clone I just bought . So I was thinking if I had it under the light for the night time and put it out during the day day time , would that be efficient as having the light on for 24/7 during vegetation? And would this hurt my plant in any way besides bug problems ?

    That's what I'm doing, I don't see anything wrong with it, the sun is one helluva light bulb
