I'm being booted from my current place of residents and have not enough time to find a place but grabbed a few applications for some places but in reading through the fine print I found this one section about "Categories of Disapproval" and I'm not all that sure if it would include me. The section reads: Then it goes on to say: Lists a bunch of crimes one being: Followed with: 3 years ago I was arrested with 7 misdemeanor counts of Possession of a Controlled substance. I was given ARD and told that when applying for such things I was to act as if there were no convictions because there aren't any. My probation is over and done with, I am just still paying restitution. I have no idea if I should even apply for these apartments under those conditions. Considering that you must send in a deposit with your application I can't just willy-nilly send it in and hope for the best. So does it sound like I am disqualified or does it sound like I can go ahead an apply?
