    Yes those white things are called pistils and they are signs that your girls are flowering.

    Looking mint. I ad a go at an auto .... it germibated and still looking like a seedling at 4 weeks on 18,4hrs in coco lol... .. seriously ya dun good job as They look brill.

    I was thinking about put some cfls on the sides and some reflectors will it make a difference

    More light in flower = big difference

    as long as it isn't too much and you can handle the temps.
