LINK and LINK, read through those they'll answer your questions indepth, quick answer: Yes it can take longer, no its not bad for the bud '(in fact its usually considered better to elongate the drying time rather than just speed through it), no it will still be as potent (again speed drying takes away from potency - supposedly).
Agreed, with the caveat that longer drying is fine in good drying conditions. If your bud is overly moist and you try to dry it in high humidity or without good ventilation then you could promote mold, which would not be good.
10 days to dry would be great then cure for a good long time if possible. My drying takes 5-7 days in summer months and i wish it took 10,winter just may(Nug size,temps,RH and air movement will determin the drying time)
