can i use 1000w bulb in 600w digital?

    im thinking of swapping my 1000w magnetic for a 600w digital, can i use my 1000w hps bulbs in there?

    bummer, what if i get a 1000w selectawatt ballast and dim it to 600?

    If you have a dimmable ballast that would be perfectly ok.
