Can I ship a bong?

    Hey guys, I have a bit of a problem, I found this amazing bong in Mexico and want to ship it back to my home in Canada. However, my mom is a bit paranoid about legal trouble and I told it it shoulnt be a problem shipping a bong if its not used. Can anyone help me out and tell me if If I can ship it? I really want this one. If you know for sure can you please provide sources?

    Bongs are not illegal, once infused with marijuana resin than the bong becomes illegal.
