Pics aren't working but we need more info. How big is your grow space an what size light are you using? If you have the space an time I'd go to atleast 30 days. If you flower now I wouldn't expect more than an O per plant.
It's really an opinion question; some , like myself are comfortable with 12/12 from seed but many claim that this limits your potential. Plants don't get as big on short hours, but to answer your question yes you can switch. My second cycle of 12/12 going on now; I have about twice your space and two months in they are all budding nicely and range from 5 to 30 inches tall (bagseed) and I hope for about 4 to 8 oz by the end of Nov (maybe later) on this grow started 8/28/12.
Depends how big you want them to be when they are finished stretching. What kind of lights are you using? If you flower now your plants won't get very big and you may be cutting down on yield, depending on what technique you are using.
