Can I get my MMJ card if I lived out of state?

    Hi I was wondering if I can get my MMJ card out in RI.. As I don't qualified in CT. But I can get an address as I have family living out in RI. I know the conditions I have to qualified in RI already.:confused:

    i think you need to be a resident of that state
