Planted this bubble berry at the beginning of august I was wondering if I should let it grow more or flower it
Do you mean bring it indoors under 12/12 light? Assuming you're not in Australia I would let it grow bigger until it stops growing much or there's a frost warning, then bring it inside. Be aware that plants started outdoors often bring pests with them indoors.
