How close is your light to the tops?

 

I'm running a off brand runs about 220true watt. I have mine about 12 inches seems fine. That may be a nutrition defecincy. The bleaching would occur on the new growth I believe much faster. Don't quote me but I'd think that older leaves would be used to light and take more stress

It has a previous shock by the look of it, do not worry top looks great
, remove those dead leaves and you will have a good looking plant.

 

I think you should put it away from light for a day and see what happens.
