if they're the same at triple C's, the only thing i think of when i hear about them is girls popping them at middle school in the bathroom they're otc cough pills, coricidin cold and cough (hence the 3 c's) and they're dxm.

Hey stay away from Triple C's. They have CPM in them and can be highly dangerous. Just get a bottle of something with Dxm only in it.
You'll O.D. on other shit before you can get a good high off CCC, don't use those, there are dozens of safer sources for dxm
Get delsym syrup its dextromorphan only, and 30mg/tsp, so it doesn't take much plus, the grape flavor isn't that bad. i picked up a bottle today, and am starting off with 300mg. which is 10 tsp
