buying lights

    does any1 know if they sell hps lights at home depot or sears hardware?

    Nope. They sell HPS lights and MH lights. But they don't sell the ballasts.

    ok thanx. I have a ballast from my fried so what kind of light do i ask for when i get there? an hps light?

    yes you ask for hps (high pressure sodium). you should be just fine with a 400 W

    look on the ballest it will tell you what W it is then get your self the same size bulb...note if you got a 400w ballest a 600w bulb it wont work......laters
