Buying a game system on craigslist.

    Guy is offering a ps3 and games for 175$. He sent me a video of it playing a game. I just don't want to get it and it doesn't work for some reason. Would you do it?

    Not unless I could test to see if it works before handing the cash over.

    Buy it ive sold fully functional devices on craigslist includes consoles. Of course dont trust anybody and its up to you

    Decided not to do it. Went and got a system from GameStop although I really didnt want to put out that much cash.

    I did the same exact thing except ironic is that i plan to sell it on craigslist

    Should have just held on to your money for a PS4 later this year.

    I have bought a Ps2 and games from craigslist.
    Dude let me come to his house check out the PS2, the games discs didnt look scratched, so it all work out okay.

    Ended up selling it on craigslist 1 1/2 later.

    to be safe its always buyer beware on craigslist, thats all part of the risk of finding a great deal or being scammed ;\
