Buyers beware, Herbie's Seeds is not as reputable as he once was especially with their customer service manager Gabriel very lacking in customer service. Bought seeds from Herbies around April 2022, seeds received were poor quality less than 50% germination rate. Informed her receipts about the poor germination rate customer service manager Nolan was very helpful in the compensation for the bad. Compensation seeds got confiscated by customs. When I informed them of the confiscation the claim was assigned to Gabriel and from there it went downhill. He refused to make good on the compensation that was already awarded here it is November 2022 and he still refused to honor on their word to stand by their product and compensate me for their bad initial order which had less than 50% germination rate. Not very good business practice and not a good customer service manager.
