Bud to Cannabutter Ratio Question

    So, thinking of practicing making some butter before I go to Bonnaroo this summer, since I've never done it before. I do have a question about the butter/weed ratio with regards to grades of weed.

    I have a quarter ounce of pretty strong weed, grinding up just a few small buds leaves a nice little heap of kief in my catcher... Will this be enough to make 2 sticks worth of butter that is any good?

    Sorry for the total noob question about butter.
