    I'd throw it out IMO. But that's up to you. Was the plant wet for a long period ?

    Not really,is it a total loss or can I remove the brown and confidently be okay with the rest?

    I wouldn't call it a total loss. You Remove it. Confidently smoking the other pieces is a no. I'd be careful of any pieces you smoke. Is it still wet? I'd let it dry really good, and check the greener pieces for any brown or if it easily breaks aparts.
