boro bullshit?

    filed a complaint due to receiving an item that was not "as is" and had a few things wrong with it that were not mentioned nor shown in the photos..it's been two weeks and no one has responded from boro. Sent 521 a personal pm as well as a thread and a reply...what's the deal? Do they just never check it, are really backed up, or don't give a shit?
