You can bookmark a thread, post, profile post and media. When you click on the bookmark icon, you get the following: "A link to this content will be inserted into your Bookmark list located on your Account page. You may include a short note reminding yourself why you decided to Bookmark it." You can add a note and tags and also make it Public, a Sticky or a Quick Link. When you go to check a bookmark, you just go to your Profile page and choose Bookmarks. Hope that helps.
