bone meal

    is bone meal (12-0-0) a good fertilizer for grass plants in their veg. state? would it be alrite to use bone meal plus another fertilizer that you spirkle around the base of your plant (17-17-17)? or would this be to much fert and shock the plant.... Sid???

    i mean blood meal not bone meal.

    no need to be honest......just use a good tomato fert......the 2 plants have a lot in common.......just an easy 5-5-5 will do the job till flower time..........Peace out........Sid

    bone meal is 2-14-0 according to a book The New Gardener where did you get your info from?

    i put 17-17-17 on my pants,i have about 18 and there all about 3 feet tall,evertime i water them and add blood meal and bone coral they grow alot faster,and are alot more potent
