Use it when you feed your plants. Make sure you flush your plants clean 2 weeks before harvest. In case you dont know how to flush. Take a mass of water thats 3 times the size the pot your plants are in and just pour the water in, dont let the water overflow the rim of the pot but keep on pouring till all the water is drained. After you flush, no more ferts for the rest of your plants life.
