Black leaves only in small area?

  1. so i get home from work and check on my plants and one of my plants has a small section on some leaves that are turning black. only one plant. before i went to work it looked normal. the plants are on a 24 hour on cycle. they are in fox farms ocean forest. untreated Arrowhead water to feed them and tap water in the humidifier. i was reading and came across that it could be that i am on a 24hr cycle. i know that i am going to have to go to bigger pots cause the roots are starting to come out the bottom of the pots.i am thinking about going with 3 or 4 gallon pots.

i dont know what strain this is. but it looks good. thanks for the help.

  2. i would say heat stress. get some cooler temps in there, bro.

  3. the cabinet stays around 80-90 degrees. it varies from night to day due to the actually room temp varying. what is a good temp to be around? thanks

  4. those temps are OK, it wouldnt hurt to be a little bit cooler.

i think the burning is from the leaves being too close to the light, and its heating them up.

  5. ok cool thanks i will post a pic of my setup in a bit =D
