  1. So yesterday I tried downloading BitTorrent and everything was fine until

I tried to run the file. Nothing happened. Went to add/remove programs and

it wouldn't even let me erase it until I rebooted.

So my question is Where did yall download your bitTorrent and which one is best?

  2. I use the program Azureus, and torrentspy.com to download the torrents.

  3. I use the program BitTornado. Never had problems.

  4. OK, I don't know wtfreak is goin on.

I downloaded BitTorrent, TorrentSpy, Azureus. . . .After installing and all that I goto

Program File and click on Azureus. Nothing happens. TorrentSpy says Some kind of

Run Time error and BitTorrent does the same as Azureus, nothing.

Am I missing something!? If anybody could help me out with this I'd be much
    obliged.

    My AIM SN is SweetCalamus420

  5. utorrent works the best

  6. That is does. Vastly superior to any other program I've used.

Give that one a try, Shouse.

Simply open the torrent using that program

  7. I use uTorrent, and I use isohunt.com for my torrents. You don't have to install anything with uTorrent, it is just an exe that you run every time.

  8. i use bitcommet and it helps you manage all your torrents but it only works for Windows.

  9. Here's the thing though, I've downloaded 3 clients already and None of the apps are

workin. I got programs just Nothing is pullin up. DBL click the BitTorrent Icon on my

desktop and nothing happens. Same with other two. Anybody have a clue as to why

    nothing is poppin up?

  10. I use the BitTorrent application... Works fine.

  11. are you getting any error messages?

  12. An important thing to that you don't "save as", you "open" the torrents

A torrent is simply information for you to connect to other computers and a shopping list for the program specified.

  13. uTorrent was the first program I tried, and it works great, so I can't really say anything about any other program.

  14. I use TorrentStorm, and it makes me a pretty happy camper

  15. utorrent with many private sites :D

you do know the torrent file itself is not the program right..?
if you did, are you running a router? if so, is it set on DMZ or some other nonprotected state? If you are, that will give you hash errors. You'll need to properly open the port. If all that is correct, then it should be running properly, if it doesn't, the torrent is probably abandoned.

  16. i use bitlord
