i started lst'ing around the same height as those pics, turned my main stalk into a real ground hugger, i say go for it. take it slow, lst any side branches that pop up or cover the main stalk, my main focus whenn i was lsting my plants was to expose as much of the main stalk to the light as i could, thus resulting in more branches shooting out.
i would start LST. I would also drill some holes around the rim of the bucket and you can use those to help tie down the branches.
too early...bro.....wait a wk or so....here's when i start...i can only assume looking at those small pots you're giong to transplant if so...do a wk after transplant to allow plant to recover from the stress
