    What is the best way to treat sore longs after a long night of smoking?
    My lungs hurt like hell and it basically hurts to breathe...

    drink cold water

    Those sound fine for a sore throat, but what about lungs?

    Just take some time off from smoking for a little while and give your lungs a breather :)

    walk or run outside? fresh air and heavy breathing would be the only things i can think of that might help :D

    Yeah, I do plan on taking a break. But I'm just trying to find something that will help with the pain
