Best strain for for chronic lyme??

    What do you guys think the best strain would be for chronic lyme disease? I am really frustrated as this disease has ruined my life. However I am not in pain, I just have terrible fatigue, brain fog and some other issues. Specifically, I am looking for a strain with the strongest antibacterial properties possible as I am hoping it could kill some of it and provide relive. I've read high CBC, high THC etc so many things and I am confused. What do you guys think?
