I am a newb myself, completing a grow of Superskunk, which came highly reccomended to Beginners. Superskunk is Skunk#1 backcrossed with Afghani itself (Skunk#1 is 50% Columbian Gold, 25% Mexican, and 25% Afghani).... So, Skunk #1 is mostly Sativa, but my SuperSkunk is a very good mix, but Skunk #1 definitely has more sativa characteristics, Anyway, Skunk strains will treat you right. Super Silver Haze is a Haze dominant strain, crossed with non-dominant Skunk and Northern lights................... The pattern here with all these strains is that Sativa strains reccomended to beginners are often containing some sort of Indica genetics, but I REALLY want to grow some Durban Poison, a true sativa.
