my fav. has to be pep, saug, bacon, ham, with a stuffed crust...not that bull ish pizza hut...this cool ass pizza place in my town that makes ballin stuffed crust pizza
That does sound good. It needs to be on a white pizza base though. Chicken & bacon on a garlic ranch sauce is my fav. I worked in a pizza shop for 5 years though and got to experiment with and taste a lot of different pizza. Red sauce, spinach pizza, "greek" pizza, "california" pizza, a 24 POUND pizza. It was on a 2' x 3' sheet tray.
Place called King's down the street from my house, nicee and thick crust, with sauce, pesto, chopped fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and feta, bacon, salami, hot peppers, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts
Im a former brick oven chef at a local upscale restaurant and they make some of the best california style pizzas Ive ever had Charlotte NC Restaurants, Best Restaurants in Charlotte NC PESTO & FOUR CHEESE Mozzarella, fontina, herb parmesan and goat cheese with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil MEDITERRANEAN Tapenade, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, red onions and feta cheese omg makes me want to go get one right now I had this one dude come in when I was working there who apparently owned his own brick over pizza place and ordered his own "special pro pizza". EVERY FUCKING TOPPING YOU COULD IMAGINE. The pizza was seriously about 4" tall with all the crap he wanted on it. Now this is supposed to be cooked legit brick oven style. I dont think I could describe how impossible that damn pizza was to cook right and not spill it everywhere in the oven
peperoni...with parmesian cheese...how ever you spell it... yeah thats it....no extra ha. and bbq chicken pizza
