"Mary Juanita" strain about 1 week old: (only two made it, the strain must not like Jiffy's!) Two weeks now: (in the brown pots) Living in my new home, ProMix BX Leafminers moved in...but my master made them move back out! (Thanks all who helped me with that) Almost 1 month old and I have funny looking spots on my leafes...I think my feet are a little too wet...that ProMix BX holds water it's unbelievable! (Haven't watered the plant since it moved in) My owner gave me a little support so I can learn how to stand on my own: Leafminers moved in again - my owner made them move back out! I just took a little shower: A picture of me @ night: Almost 2 months old now: This is who I grew up with (same age) but things didn't work out for some reason: I can't tell (yet) if it's a male or a female. It smells like hell though. Strange thing is the plant topped itself (no bird, insect or anything like that) a few weeks ago and 4 branches came out. Yesterday 9/7/2008 I watered it for the very first time and gave it a first taste of nutes, concentration: 1 teaspoon (5ml) FoxFarm 'Grow Big' on 1 Gallon of Distilled water. I plan on taking cuttings and have made myself familiar about the how but since I haven't done that before I am unsure about @ which growing stage to cut them. Any help is greatly appreciated! ...more pics to come!
Looking good so far...just keep hoping that it's a she and not a he....lol. Keep us posted with pictures so we can follow the progress!
Updated pics and if you're asking me some really cool ones you don't get to see very often...as a matter of fact I haven't come across ANY pics showing rootballs... First an updated plant pic, I took it inside 'cos it is so freakin' windy outside: 7 weeks old as of this morning: Root ball side view: Root ball a little closer: Root ball bottom view: This strain has the potential to grow up to 7 or 8 feet tall and already has pretty much filled out the planting pot it is sitting in @ the young age of 7 weeks. It's pretty late (too late) in the year for the plant to reach its full potential though. I want to clone this Baby - any input how soon I should do that?
looking good. take those dead leaves off and check your PH. those spots shouldnt be there til now. it looks healthy though and i hope shes a female.
The dead leaves are the ones which had the Leafminers living in them. Are you refering to the spots on the lower, still green leaves?
looks good and that plant on the right is dead. you might want to get it out of there . try to plant a new seed in some new dirt there .
Ohh man, this is my favorite part! I love when them pretty flowers start poppin out all over! Looks like I'm just in time...IMO Much Love.
