I'm 4 weeks into this grow and I thought I'd start this journal. I've read a lot of differing opinions about topping auto-flowering strains. Some claim it to be detrimental to the plant rather than beneficial like topping a photoperiod strain and it shouldn't be done. I aim to prove this wrong with my Sweet Tooth.

    The setup is basic...very basic.

    Lights: 8 x 26w CFLs (6 @ 2700k/2 @ 6500k) on an 18/6 schedule.
Grow Medium: Soil. Miracle Grow in a 5L pot.
Ventilation: None really.. I have a fan for some indirect airflow.
    Nutrients: Stuff I got from a friend, it's 20-20-20 and for fruiting/flowering plants..it's all I have.
    Misc: Umm...

  2. This is my first attempt at topping an auto. What do you guys think of her progress so far?

  3. I'm going to assume she's doing alright since nobody has said otherwise.

  4. looking good, just trip off the huge water leaves and let some air hit the stem.
