hey i have less than half a 30mg capsule of adderall xr. So i'm just wondering what's the best way to get my bang for my buck? Also i haven't done it in 1 month and have been taken Detox pills to keep my tolerance down. I've searched and i couldn't find anything with a lot of detail. Also i might take psuedoephedrine with it. I usually crush the beads up and snort it though.
if its a capsule i would assume it is xr, in simple terms, time release. best bang would be just swallow teh capsule, not tonight though...unless you want to stay up all night
