Would my Son Agro 430w be compatible with a Oracle 400w Digital Ballast? Also, is the Phresh Filter 4 x 8 150 CFM both an exhaust and carbon scrubber? Would it be sufficient for a 3'x3'x7.5' grow tent using said light? Thank you so much for your time.
