well i have a problem i had my room mate shut down my lights yesterday as i couldnt be home during this time he accidently hit the switch in the back of the ballast switching it too mh instead hps which did turn it off but would not turn back on i thought maybe the bulb blew when he switched it over so i got another bulb but noting it still wont turn on and is making loud buzzing noise what if anything can i do or is this system just fried 250 watt mh/hps all in one ballast
