Though I like to put a box of baking soda in my fridge, I have heard before that baking soda really does not do much at all for odor control. A good carbon filter should be all you need. I would not waste my time with the baking soda unless I was trying to make my water more basic. *1 is high acid 9 is high base.*
doesnt baking soda reliece C02? cant you use it as a co2 sorce? i heard you can use yeast and sugar in water for 7 days at a time, and i heard you can spray soda water onto the leaves and that will give off a slight bit of co2 also. just thought i'd add that to a thread called "baking soda"
