At what point do you consider your plant "officially" in the vegatative state?

    I've read tons of guides and done tons of research, but one thing that has truly eluded me has been knowing when to consider my plant officially out of the seedling/sprout stage and when to consider it vegging.

    its veggy i would say as soon as you see leaves.. ha put it on 20/4 or 18/6

    I go by when she has at least 2 full sets of fan leaves
