Too small. I never use CFLs but someone will give you an answer on how much wattage per plant you need. Or search/google it.
for one plant use 100 actual watts (not the bullshit incandescent equivalent) of CFLs, 50 more for each additional plant. for veg use 6500k spectrum, for flower 2700k. if you dont want to exchange bulbs for flowering, get 2/3 2700k and 1/3 6500k.
