I don't see what's so cringe worthy about it. Pretty much everything he said is true, even though he's pretty biased about it. We're aware of the effects of marijuana, just as we're aware of the effects of doing anything else, such as driving, drinking alcohol, etc. The fact that it's coming from CNN seems a bit surprising, but it's definitely biased, as he admits he just joined the new organization to oppose marijuana legislation. So no need to sweat it.
I don't really care about legalization, I'd just like decriminalization of it. If it's legalized that's less money in my pocket.
