It is 100% serious, I have tried it and it works. Safe? Cotton is made out of cellulose. Cellulose is the foundation of many plants that we use. Weed is made of cellulose. Have you questioned that weed is safe to use? Lol. Just get the organic cotton, not the bleached processed shit. In fuckcombustion, there are many people that use this method. I'll give an example. Vitolo has used this method in his MFLB even, and I know firsthand that the MFLB can get to combustion temperatures (only use oil if you know you won't burn the cotton/know how to use the MFLB). Here's a video of him wrapping the oil and putting it "in" stems, he inserted it actually in the Solo stem.
