Are these preflowers?

    Is the little ball with the tiny hair sticking out of it a preflower? Plant is 45 days old 20190529_194832.jpg

    I cannot, really, see because of the purple color.
    The pre-flower, under 'normal' light, is a barely visible, long, white, feather-like structure.

    Pistil's are pokeing out of there Caylx's.
