So I live on campus in a college in southern California, and my room got raided the other day. They didn't find any pipes or scales or anything. All they could find were a couple baggies that i claimed were for personal use (claiming that I had gotten them from some people and had kept them for keeping my peircings in). One of the bag's, however, had a seed in it. My question is, are marijuana seeds illegal? Ive heard that they are from several people who have ben speculating but no actual facts or websites supporting the idea that they are legal. the judicial affairs office in my school is dying to nail me and get me kicked out of the dorms or at least put me on prohibition. Buti don't think finding one seed would be enough evidence for them to do anything, do you? I would love to hear your thoughts on the subject. ~F0ur2-z3r0
Surely they can't punish you if they raided your room and found one seed. Good luck though and keep us updated if anything happens.
