Are Seeds Legal In The Uk But Illegal To Germinate?

    Fellow weedlings,

    I heard a few years back that cannabis seeds were legal in the UK if you don't germinate them. Does anyone know for sure if that's still true or not? if so does this mean custom's won't confiscate letter's from Holland with seeds in them or are they illegal to import even in small amounts i.e. 10 or 20. Can anyone elaborate?

    Yes, cannabis seeds are 100% legal to possess (but not germinate) in the UK. There's also several online seed shops in the UK, which would be easier than ordering from another country.

    The irony is strong with theses laws. You can buy everything from dirt to seed and even the pipes to smoke it legally, pay provincial and federal taxes on all of it. But if you put them all together you just committed an horrible crime.
