Bought the 600w cooltube package, HPS came broken on arrival, called them, got to a real person instantly and said they'd ship it out. Called again, didn't, had to call a third time for them to actually do it. Idk if they thought they could play me off and i'd forget about my HPS bulb.. but so far no big problems, ballast aren't bad, cooltubes good, bulbs aren't the best though. good for the price
