Most hospitals are private institutions which set their own testing policy. As we just saw however ALL employers in the state of Co. have the right to fire you if you fail a drug test for MJ.
I'm aware of that the legalization does not protect you from pre employment testing. I was wondering, ever since weed is acceptable, has there been more drug testing in hospitals? Say the hospital I work at they test twice yearly and randomly. Are hospitals more aggressive in drug testing?
As I said, each hospital sets it's own policies. If it were me, I would play it safe, wait for the enevitable random test then smoke for a few months then repeat the cycle.
