I was at this guys house the other night and noticed he had a "High Times" magazine... and I looked through it for the first time. Very very interesting. One year is $29.99, but is it worth it? Are there other places I can get a better deal? Are you subscribed to it?

You can go to any tobacco or headshop and buy them individually if you dont want a whole year or them sent to your home.
I don't see the point. It's just full of budshots and nice pieces. I can get like 100 pages of that 12x a year, or millions of pages of Grasscity whenever I want. Grasscity works for me.
