Anyone have any idea what this is?

    The undergrowth of the plant is kinda curling and easy to pull off

    That plant is so bushy it has extra leaves to shed. Those leaves arnt getting much light and your plant looks to have plenty of other so they fall off. If your plants still in veg you should give it a trim every once in a while.
