Anyone else get congested from smoking?

    Every time that I smoke now my nose gets all stopped up and congested. After I've smoked I took nasal congestion medicine and that didnt work. Also I don't blow the smoke through my nose. Anybody else like this or know of any suggestions to help it?

    Cannabis is an expectorant.  What did you expect?

    yea it would happen to me back when i toked as well....  @[member="janedough"] also noticed it happening to her the other night too

    Perhaps your respitory system is sensative to weed smoke. Try vaping or edibles. Good luck :)

    I get a little congested sometimes but I think it's because of my allergies. Kief is way worse for me. Hurts my nostrils before I even smoke it.
