It's basically just doing some research to find an ideal species to use, using a shallow container to plant it in, and doing quite a bit of pruning. I have a book on it somewhere, i'll try to find it.
Im starting one I put 4 ties half way up a 10 inch plant to hold it down and wait for the stem to get fat and the stalk to bulge and the side that bulges Ill strap that side down and go from there stripping small sections of inter nodes bending and pruning and when I flower it will be ONE big bud
