I got into iphone developing a little while back, even took an objective-c class with Stephan Kochan. Unfortunately i dropped my computer that i had two almost complete apps on, 2 weeks before i was going to submit them, (had to wait for 3.0 release because of the APIs i used), and lost all my data and have to use a shitty PC until get a new mac . Just wondering if there are any other iphone developers on here and if you have any apps on appstore/cydia
Why support Apple and their greedy products? Apple controls what apps goes in and what's not. They think anybody who modified their products are hackers n pirates. They took out 18+ porn, dictionary, drugs, and many more. Isn't the customer have the right to own product... Apple thinks that customer products are theirs and are there for you to rent it. Anyways, good luck with your apps.
That is true, which is why i have been a part of the jailbreaking scene since it started, but once i got into actual apps, why not make a few extra bucks in the appstore? Jailbreakers can have it for free, non jailbreakers can pay.
Yeah fuck Apple. Those assholes try to control everything. Who are they to tell you what hardware your OS can run on, and what apps you can run on your phone? If Microsoft tried to pull this shit there would be rioting in the streets.
How do you create apps? I have had a jailbroken iPod ever since it came out and have been always interested in writing apps. I have a tiny experience in programming just java, but still learning. About to go to college and major in computer science. Could anyone give me some tips for programming apps and other shet. All this shet is very complicating for me.
It'd be super nice to have a GC app. It would just make the forums and everything easier to read. You wouldn't have to zoom to read everything and all that jazz. I think it might be impossible to make but a scale app would be ridiculously handy.
