On why one top is maturing faster than the other it looks like.. I mean the one with more white up top is Browning more in the middle than the other one, whereas the middle is more white.. I've been worried about the yield and everyone has been saying don't worry it'll beef up and I'm like yea ok, that was yesterday morning..its like 15% bigger, in 24 hours lol but I need help with this situation
