There are places to buy things for growing plants indoors. If you're looking for somewhere that specifically specializes in marijuana horticulture, considering marijuana is illegal, you'll probably only find police.

 

There are a whole bunch in my area, so yes...yes there are grow shops in the U.S.

 

Yea, called Lowe's Hardware.

Actually, any nursery in the area will carry horticulture equipment, including hydroponic systems. No questions asked. Ever.
